The collaboration will provide mutual support to both A Place for Mom’s referral network and Elara’s Personal Care Services division, which offers assistance with activities of daily living wherever individuals call home.
The two organizations established their partnership following a pilot program that demonstrated the tremendous need for Elara’s services within A Place for Mom’s in-home care network. The program is now rolling out across the 10 states in which Elara offers Personal Care Services: Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, and Texas.
