They were very humble and patient with my mother. The staff is a loving and caring collective group of hard working men and women,I appreciate all they have done for mother and I. The facility and landscaping grounds was attractive,appealing and clean! No trash in the yard,residence could take a stroll,beautiful trees all around. Safe environment for my loved one,i felt at ease knowing she was there and in good hand..

Beautiful neighborhood, very convenient location, front of house has been designed very well both visually and functionally. Very nice inside, one large shared bathroom, others are smaller. Nice large windows. Ramp to deck and big backyard. No master w/bath available at this time. I believe the staff member has an accent which again would be difficult for mother to understand as she already has difficult with English, her native language.

I would definitely say this is a place for others to look into, depending on what there needs are. Things are going okay with my father there. Although I do wish they would do more therepy with his shoulders, he has shoulder problems. We have nothing negative to say about the staff. They do a few activities and sometimes my father will participate and sometimes not. The food is pretty, I have tried it myself.

They have been good. It's working out so far. I don't have any major concerns at this point. It's clean and the staff is friendly, I haven't gotten any complaints about food. I would give them a four out of five so far.

Owner appears to be knowledgeable; wants $4,000 for a master bedroom w/ bathroom which was the only space available and out of my price range.

They get full marks here for everything except the attitude of the staff. The food is always delicious, the administration of the medications are very reliable, and the home itself is always clean and well kept. The only issue is that two out of the three caregivers just are not very friendly. They have one full-time caregiver and two part-timers, and one of the part-timers is lovely and gets along great with my loved one. The other two I can only describe as "rough". They are not patient or gentle with the residents, and it is making my loved one very uncomfortable and unhappy.

Very nice staff but room was too small and dark. There was carpet which is harder for mom.
