I have been wanting to write this much deserved review for a long time now. Last year, I was heartbroken when I came to the conclusion that my mother needed supportive care, for a very serious medical condition, that I could no longer give on my own. During one of the most challenging times in my life, [name removed], her husband, sister, and staff stepped in. They treated us with so much kindness and compassion when I needed it most. Their home was always kept very clean, they provided special activities for the residents, and made sure that my mother always had exactly what she needed. They went above and beyond to take care of my mother, and I cannot thank them enough for all they did. It is hard to have peace of mind or any comfort when a loved one is sick and you want the best for them. [name removed] and everyone who works with her did their best to provide some of that for me.

The staff was very good and nice. They had a very inviting-homely-kind, and loving environment for eldely patients. They were very great to my oved one. Overall, the environment was clean, friendly, secure and I felt safe.

My mother had a stroke and needed a place where I felt my mother would feel comfortable. I was recommended Anna's, took the tour, and decided to place my mother in this house. I was immediately impressed with the both the manager and caretakers. Everyone seemed professional, experienced, and personable. My mother required extra attention, and she received it at Anna's Place. I would recommend this place for it's professionalism, cleanliness, and attention. Thank you, Anna's Place!

I found [name removed] to be so loving and caring. I live several thousand miles away and several times a week [name removed] took the time to text me, send me videos of my Mother and give me detailed updates. The concern and care I felt from this home put my heart at ease. I have nothing but gratitude for this home and the staff.

My mother has been here for 4 months, and she...and I , could not be happier. It is a true home. very clean, great food and a wonderful environment. [name removed] runs a tight ship.

Amy's Assisted Living was one of several assisted living homes recommended to us and after checking them all out, Amy's was our first choice. Amy and her husband, Emil, who operate the home, are wonderful, loving, attentive people and our family is grateful that Mom and Dad are well taken care of. Their home is beautiful and spacious, and I simply cannot say enough good things about Amy and Emil.

After having my father in a group home and being not happy with several things, I brought him into my home and with help, I cared for him full time. When he had a decline, I knew I was not strong enough physically to continue so I went searching again but this time with a lot more knowledge. I found Ana's Assisted Living and almost immediately knew this would be a good place for dad. The manager, Dina, answered all of my questions and came to meet my dad. The live-in care givers, [name removed] and [name removed] treated my dad just like I would, with love and interest and support. I recommend Ana's Assisted Living very highly, 5 Star(not sure why 4.5 star was max I could click on above). My dad thrived there and was happy. The most important things for your family member, to feel safe, to be comforted, to have the best care, and still smile even when their body is declining. My dad had it all at Ana's.

My father has lived at Ana's Assisted Living Home for 14 months. The home is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Being outdoor enthusiasts, my dad and our family especially enjoy the wonderful park and walking trails of the Indian Bend Wash, which borders this home. I am very grateful for the caring and compassionate director and staff, and for the open and easily available communication they have provided throughout this time. I feel questions or concerns are carefully listened to and addressed professionally and readily. As time has passed, dad's daily care needs have increased rather significantly. These changes have been thoughtfully accommodated, allowing him and us to accept and adjust to his changing needs as well. This is a home with a family atmosphere, with residents gathering together in a lovely dining area for their 3 meals each day. We are thankful we found Ana's Home!

I went on a tour here and the residents seemed to be enjoying themselves. Looks like the have some good activities for the residents. The staff seemed to be involved and they answered all of my questions. The community was clean and neat.

Maranatha Assisted Living has been a good experience. The facility is clean. The lady that runs the place is very friendly. The care given there is excellent. Things are going just fine here.

This home is very clean and seems newly remodeled. They have nice furnishings and decor so it really seems like home. The caregivers seem very nice and your family member would probably be well taken care. One piece of advice for this home and any home you are looking at; make sure both the owner/manager AND the caregiver are aware of your loved ones specific medical needs and conditions. I moved my dad into this home and the next day I got a call saying that he couldn't stay because of a certain medical condition that the caregiver was not willing to work with. The manager had agreed but she must not have discussed it with the caregiver. The manager was extremely apologetic but the situation made an already emotional time very stressful as well.

My husbands room had carpet that was too dirty. It wasn’t cleaned until he left. Then they cleaned it with a machine that worked.

Families BEWARE of the deceptive practices and information Devonshire provides to the families. [name removed] (owner) FAILED in every aspect of providing care to my dad. 1. Staff to resident ratio: 1 staff to 9 residents - owner is too involved with the overall operation on a daily basis 2. No licensed staff onsite only caregivers with minimal training 3. Caregivers pass meds to residents (no licensed professionals) 4. No kitchen staff as all meals are prepared by [name removed] or caregivers who FAIL to wear gloves while preparing meals to residents 5. Devonshire has been FINED by the STATE!!! 6. No food menu provided after requesting it several times because they fix whatever they want (no kitchen staff) 7. Owner yelled at resident and family members (cussing, hangs up on phone) 8. Fails to cash check(s) in a timely manner to include tearing up a check 9. When case manager gets too involved she immediately request a different one because Devonshire does not want to receive another fine.

No toliet paper in the bathroom. The main person responsible was the only person who couod administer medications. She would leave the facility and no one to help the patients. They would give you false hope that your loved one is getting better. The staff is incapable of moving patients, keeping them from getting bed sores. Per my loved ones illness was charged a 10 day rate higher than many monthly rates at other facilities. My overall expierence would be to warn you not to place any one in this facility.
