From the moment I began working with Maryville, I have been thoroughly impressed with the dedication and professionalism exhibited by the entire team. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents' needs are met, and their well-being is a top priority. [name removed], the administrator at Maryville Enhanced Assisted Living, stands out as a true leader in the field. Her involvement and genuine care for the residents are remarkable. [name removed] not only oversees the day-to-day operations but also takes a personal interest in the happiness and comfort of each resident. Her commitment to excellence sets a high standard for the entire facility. The staff's compassion and attentiveness are evident in their interactions.

What we really like about this community is the staff, they are very attentive and they keep the residents engaged in activities. While the facility is old and could use some updating, this is secondary to the care they give. The owner/administrator is always available and very willing to help any way she can.

I read your recent review where you were so verbal and expressive in describing Maryville so perfectly. I too feel blessed to have found this secret haven. My 91 year old mom has been at Maryville for the last 11 months and she has gotten exemplary care. The small assisted livings are few and far between so I feel priveleged in being amongst the Maryville family. That is what it is - a nice family atmosphere.

We had been at a couple of other communities previously. I was tired of the big corporate environment. So I decided to take a look at Maryville and was blown away. It's very personal. I like that it's a smaller community, and everybody is all together every day. Everyone is being watched carefully. I'm blown away by the quality of the management and the family owned business model. [name removed] has created an environment that is unprecedented in my experience. The place is immaculately clean. There are never any bad smells. I love that there are no carpets on the floor, and the floors are always polished. And no matter what time of day I walk in the door, someone is always cleaning. The meals are all home cooked, three times a day, seven days a week. The entire staff is cooperative and loving. They get my wife up in the mornings, and she is always immaculately groomed. They curl her hair. Her fingernails are polished. I don't know how they do what they do - they provide such good care. My wife had a TIA stroke about two months ago that my daughter witnessed and then let me know about. So I called [name removed] and said I wanted my wife to go the hospital, and she called the ambulance right away. When you have something you need, you know exactly who to contact. You call [name removed], and she will take care of it. She gives out her cell number and says call me anytime you want. I love the fact that when they get everybody up in the morning, they don't allow them to languish in their room. They bring everyone into a central room with all the aides so they can have the proper care and attention. They have very good activities, and they regularly bring in musicians and pet therapy. Maryville is a resource I can't believe we found, and I'm so happy that my wife can stay there for the rest of her life.

My loved one loved the food , and ate everything. The activities were appropriate for the clientele. It's a smaller community, with a more a homey atmosphere. They really go out of there way to think of every detail, and they pus a lot of thought into how, and why they do things.

I have been a private aid for a year at Maryville Assisted Living and I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of pleasant assisted living. This remarkable place provides a warm, comfortable and helpful environment. The staff is very loving, caring, tender, and attentive towards the residents. The food is fantastic and of excellent quality. Additionally, the facility is well kept and maintained properly by housekeeping.

As a sales representative I visit many facilities. Maryville is unique. It has a very personal touch. Maryville resembles a boutique shoppe. All residents seem engaged. Rooms and common areas are immaculate spotless and clean. Food looks delicious and homemade. I was asked to post my opinion as they are new to the digital age. Lastly their bills are paid on time!!

My aunt was a resident at this LOVELY Home style facility she actually got stronger and started to eat after their wonderful staff was so persistent their staff to resident ratio is above and beyond with a very devoted and caring administration would recommend for any loved one

After visiting my aunt, in Maryville's courtyard earlier today, I had the opportunity to meet with [name removed]as she was arriving to the facility. I went on to greet her and thank her for the wonderful care we have experienced the last 17 months. [removed] I have no complaints at all about the care, the food, the maintenance, the interaction of staff and administration with myself or my aunt, or the recreation activities. Maryville is owned and operated by a lovely interactive family that truly has a passion for the elderly.

I want to express my gratitude to [name removed] and the staff at Maryville. They took excellent care of my father in law. We know he wasn't easy at times, but they never let that get in the way of his care. I will forever be grateful to them for keeping him safe and giving me peace of mind. Do not hesitate letting them care for your loved one.

As a healthcare provider to Maryville that provides care to it’s residents, I witness everything that goes on at Maryville, from the presentation of the facility to the way the employees and supervisors treat the residents. From all the facilities that I service, I have not observed such a caring and truly loving owner and such top of the line care that the faculty provides for Maryville’s residents. The staff genuinely care for the safety and well-being of the residents and always go out of their way to address their needs and optimize their quality of life. Their meals are well prepared in a timely manner and everything is gourmet, top quality food. The owner of Maryville goes out of her way to make sure everyone is cared for from personal hygiene, to keeping the residents entertained with a wide variety of daily activities. The residents are highly cared for and I would highly recommend Maryville to anyone who is looking for an all-inclusive 5 star facility for their loved ones.

From our understanding this community has been kept very clean, the staff members are great. The value for this community is excellent, as well as the care services, we haven't had any issues so far. Once again from our understanding this community is a tad dated, but overall this is a great place!

It is now four years since my mom has been under the care at Maryville Enhanced Assisted Living. My experience has always been positive with the aides and the supervisor, Mary who is always professional and forthcoming. My mom is well into her nineties and is aging in place and all her needs are being met in a very compassionate way.

I would recommend this place to anybody facing the challenge of having to move a loved one out of their own home. This place is literally a home away from home. The food is homemade, nutritious and delicious. The staff is friendly, compassionate and highly professional. All of their needs are met on a very individualized fashion. The care is exemplary. The family was always welcome to visit and we developed a very personal relationship with the administration.

We toured this community. We like talking with the staff on the care that was needed. The community has a clean environment and the menu seemed to be appealing. We like that they had good activities. The community did not have what was needed for the care we were looking for. We would recommend this community for families to tour for the care that is needed for a loved one

They do a fantastic job at Maryville Adult Home! The community is warm, homey, and just really feels like somewhere we think our loved one could be comfortable. The staff is very and helpful, and they have a very high staff to resident ratio so everyone gets the attention that they need! The staff are very involved with each resident, and I have had the caregivers make a number of suggestions of ways we can work together to improve my Dad's care! I really have nothing but good things to say about them, it is excellent care for a very fair price!

What I like is the personal attention that Sandy gives people who call like if I call she's very caring and always responds in a timely manner. She really tries to be very helpful. I think she runs the place very well. She's there a lot so she sees how things are. It's a plus that it's a very small home. It gives it the feeling that it's more like a home with a lot of people than a nursing home. I think the clientele there get more attention because it's on a smaller scale.

Loved the tight family that director has created. I truly hope that Maryville can accept my us. This just might be what we need instead of that large Senior living.

The community is always immaculate and the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. All in all, this is a wonderful home for someone who wants or needs that closer supervision and higher staff to resident ratio in a comfortable, cozy setting.
