Bedrock at Home

My loved one did not need much in the way of actual care, but the services we received from Spring Hills Home Care were just what we were wanting. Everyone we worked with was friendly, and the only time we had an issue with a caregiver missing their appointment they sent a replacement right away. I'd have no problems recommending them to anyone who might need home care in the area.

I would recommend Spring Hills to others for their loved ones. I believe the caregivers have been attentive; however, the office staff needs better attention to communication and paperwork for the family. Some of the services have been therapy and health care aides for our loved one. They have worked well with our schedule to assist our loved one as well.

The girl that comes to the house has been doing acceptable. Mom is still the same and the caregiver gives her medication correctly while giving her showers and cleaning her room and bathroom. She cleans right and has no problems with the medication. I would recommend their help to others and I appreciate A Place For Mom helping our family.

Great option for individual who is still mostly independent, but needs some assistance. Respectful and worked well to maintain individual's dignity.I picked for convenience of location, willingness of staff to customize a schedule for my mom and caring attitude.

The staff have all been kind and friendly. They work very hard to meet staffing needs, if they know of call offs in advance, they work with you to find a good replacement for you home. They provide companionship, light housekeeping, and cooking for us. They also overlook on care giving.

I have no complaints about the care this place providing my mother while she was in there care. The staff where friendly to her and very professional in there work. I felt comfortable leaving her with them and they have made sure to keep in communication with me about any updates that she had. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

At this point, my loved ones are doing fine. We are content with the services from the home care. I live out of state, but based on what I've heard from them, it has gotten better said they now have a couple of steady caregivers going to their home who are able to take care of their needs.

Great tour. This is a lovely community, and my tour of it went well. Everyone was very kind,and friendly overall. The location was to far for us to travel too, but this is a really nice community with kind people.

Everything has been going great for my aunt so far. I really have no complaints. The staff is doing a great job with her. She enjoys the people and the meals. We also like that they have a lot of things to do for the residents.

We were satisfied with the services this home care agency provided my father with. I needed someone to sit and watch over him while he was in rehab. They did a good job, and I knew he was safe and in good hands. This is a nice home care agency.

So far it seems to be working out okay. I haven't heard any major complaints so far. Everything seems to be going smoothly.

We considered using the home care services. They have a community, as well as having home care services. It was very expensive though, and seemed to be very upscale. I would have used them had we been able to afford it.

I have been in contact with Rhea Anne [name removed] from the Somerset office. She came and completed an evaluation at my mom's home, but my mom went into the hospital. From there, my mom went into rehab. We haven't been able to experience their services yet. Communication has been wonderful and helpful with Rhea Anne. I will update, once services begin.

Our experience with Spring Hills Home Care was a very good one! The aide they sent was friendly and professional, and did a great job looking after our loved one. We plan to use them again in the future!

Only recently started services, but Mom & Chavea getting along very well. She's getting Mom to do more things. Appears to be good fit.

Overall things have gone well with Spring Hills Home Care. The caregivers they've sent have been friendly and professional (one person in particular was fantastic), and they've been able to meet all of our needs in terms of scheduling.

Overall our experience with Spring Hills Home Care was a good one. We didn't have any issues with scheduling or tardiness. In terms of the care they provided things went well overall, some of the aides were better than others but for the most part they provided what they promised. I gave them some specific meal instructions and it was never entirely clear if they followed those.

There was huge resistance from my mother on having someone in 'her house' to help her but the caregiver she has is doing a wonderful job. With Moms sporadic memory there are days where she wants to tip the caregiver for the outstanding service she has received and days where 'that person came today'. That aside, Mom seems in much better spirits now that sheknows there someone to go places with if she wants to.

[Name removed] the manager was wonderful. First care giver stole from my 100 year old grandma so please make sure you have cameras so you don't get taken advantage of. I would not recommended thus company. Very sad that people take advantage of our older loved ones.
